KEGG¶
Access pathway and biological systems data via the KEGG API.
Overview¶
KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) provides data on:
- Pathways - Metabolic and signaling pathways
- Genes - Organism-specific gene information
- Compounds - Chemical compounds and reactions
- Diseases - Disease information and drug targets
